By accessing or using Ready Set Draft (the "Site"), operated by Retriever Analytics Lab LLC ("RAL," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Ready Set Draft is a sports analytics platform that provides NFL draft prospect evaluations, team-prospect fit analysis, coaching intelligence, and related content. All prospect grades, scores, scheme-fit assessments, and analytical outputs are generated by proprietary models developed by Retriever Analytics Lab.

3. Proprietary Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the intellectual property of Retriever Analytics Lab LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

The Draft Value Score (DVS) methodology, scoring weights, and grading formulas. The scheme-fit matching engine, trait definitions, and scheme weight matrices. The archetype classification system. The coaching tree fingerprint and lineage scoring system. The 6-layer team-prospect matching pipeline architecture. All prospect grades, team profiles, fit scores, and analytical narratives. The Ready Set Draft™ and Retriever Analytics Lab™ names, logos, and visual design.

No portion of this Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the Site. Copy, redistribute, or republish our prospect grades, team profiles, fit scores, or other analytical outputs without attribution and written permission. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the scoring methodology, weights, formulas, or algorithms underlying our models. Use the Site or its content to develop a competing product or service. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

5. Fair Use and Attribution

You may reference individual prospect grades or team needs in articles, podcasts, social media posts, and other commentary, provided you include clear attribution to Ready Set Draft (ready-set-draft.com) and do not reproduce substantial portions of our data or analysis. Sharing screenshots of individual prospect cards for non-commercial discussion purposes is permitted with visible attribution.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our prospect evaluations, grades, and team-fit assessments are analytical opinions based on statistical models and publicly available data. They are not guarantees or predictions of future NFL performance. We do not warrant that our grades will align with actual draft outcomes, player performance, or consensus rankings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Retriever Analytics Lab LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any content, or any decisions made based on information provided on the Site. This includes, without limitation, any losses related to sports betting, fantasy sports, or other wagering activities.

8. No Betting or Gambling Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes betting advice, gambling recommendations, or encouragement to wager. Our analysis is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. If you choose to use our content in connection with any form of wagering, you do so entirely at your own risk.

9. Data Sources

Our models incorporate data from publicly available sources including nflverse, Over The Cap, the NFL Scouting Combine, and the College Football Data API, as well as licensed data from PFF (Pro Football Focus). We do not claim ownership of underlying source data. Our intellectual property lies in the proprietary methods, weights, and systems we use to transform that data into analytical outputs.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
